I was using recently the /tpa command feature from fuji: https://github.com/sakurawald/fuji

When the player accepted my request, I got teleported to another location but the Storage System was still accessible / open.

There should be checks so it closes or disallows item interactions.
Did you manage to pull out/store an item far away?
