Items added to recipe book after crafting. #3

All items are only added to recipe book after crafting, instead of when you have obtained all the ingredients used to craft the items. This makes it almost impossible to figure out the crafting recipes for any of the items with out guessing or having jei.

basically a custom achievement needs to be added to the mod that will reward players with the recipe after then have obtained all the ingredients and are held by the player. That said, with is only the theory of it. I personally have never done this my self.
