Use updated awards API (#31)

* Use updated awards API

* Fix dig/place incrementing

* Use awards.player() in crates

* Use new 'dig' incrementor for digtron packing

* Only initialize tables if they dont exist

* Fix typo

* Remove init function, use checks instead
