brubsby	b372f23b6e	Update getActionEstimatedSuccessChance ... ns.bladeburner.getActionEstimatedSuccessChance("general", "Diplomacy") returned [-1, -1] (as well as "Hyperbolic Regeneration Chamber"), even though both tasks automatically succeed.
