Fix mathjax error (#287)
* Updated mathjax and better-react-mathjax
* Removed MathJaxWrapper. Per better-react-mathjax documentation, we were incorrectly including a new context for every equation using this wrapper.
* Wrapped entire game in a MathJaxContext at GameRoot.
