Add railgun cannons (#16)
* feat: add purple and blue cannons (railguns)

* fix: linter warnings

* fix: last commit

Seems I forgot to save some changes that were supposed to be part of the last commit.

* feat: don't change cannon projectile range

Avoid breaking builds on other servers
