de0f891d52 Various rebalances to Bladeburner: Buffed Augmentations. Simulacrum costs less rep but more money. Slightly more money gained from contracts. Operations give more rank. More Synthoid communities. Added getBonusTime() and getSkillUpgradeCost() to Bladeburner API. Operation count increases faster and is more randomized.
