Martin Fournier	9ce8bdd29b	Add dialog when app is unresponsive to reload ... Checks the electron event 'unresponsive' and triggers a reload / cancel dialog. Warpping the output in typography inserts a newline before/after, this fine until timestamps are enabled and the components don't fall inline, and the typography newline is then visible.
